
Bensaid met with Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Culture, Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, with both officials reaffirming the strong historical ties between Morocco and Saudi Arabia under the leadership of HM King Mohammed VI and his brother, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Ibn Abdulaziz Al-Saud. Discussions focused on enhancing cultural cooperation between Rabat and Riyadh and coordinating efforts within regional and international organizations.
The Moroccan minister also held talks with Mali’s Minister of Culture, the Director-General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), and the High Representative for the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC).
The meetings provided an opportunity to showcase Morocco’s cultural initiatives and explore new avenues for strengthening cultural ties.
