This decoration was announced as part of the proceedings of the 42nd session of the Arab Interior Ministers Council, the DGSN said in a statement.
The General Secretariat of the Prince Naif Award for Arab Security designated the Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, Abdellatif Hammouchi, as this year's recipient of the First-Class Medal, in recognition of his "fruitful efforts in strengthening joint security cooperation and enhancing Arab presence in international forums."
According to the statement, the Prince Naif Medal for Arab Security is one of the most prestigious Arab decorations. It aims to honor and recognize prominent figures who have achieved exceptional accomplishments in the Arab world and contributed to maintaining security and peace across the region.
